Hot Miami Shoes is a popular local shoe store with a website that was not generating enough online sales. Despite being a well-known brand with a loyal following, the company faced the challenge of converting website visitors into paying customers. The company needed a cost-effective solution to attract more customers to their website and increase online sales.
The solution for Hot Miami Shoes was to develop a Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign targeting their ideal customer to generate more sales via their website. The team leveraged the data from the Facebook pixel to quickly generate custom and lookalike audiences and utilized data from their analytics to understand customer paths and purchase cycles. Videos were created to create awareness at low costs and strategically placed in front of the target audience.
